Pure Vibe Barre Class – Taught by Tammi
Want the best of both worlds? This class, developed by Tammi, is a fusion of Barre and Pilates technique. We integrate exercise balls, weights and straps with use of the ballet barre to work every muscle in the body. Attention to flexibility, alignment, balance and strength give your core as well as extremities the workout these muscle groups need to gain lean muscle and cardiovascular strength. This class is a can’t miss if you are headed to the beach!
